Consultations and Appointments:
Arrival and Punctuality: Please ensure that you arrive for your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance. This allows sufficient time for the completion of necessary paperwork. It is important to note that arriving late may result in a reduction of your treatment time or forfeiture of the appointment altogether. While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled appointment time, there may be instances where we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice. In such cases, we will do our best to contact you in advance. Preparation for Treatment: Prior to your appointment, we will provide you with detailed information regarding any preparation required in advance of your treatment. It is crucial to follow these guidelines diligently. Failure to do so may lead to the cancellation of your appointment, a reduction in treatment time, or the imposition of additional fees. Chaperone Requirement for Clients with Children: If you require treatment and bring a child with you, it is mandatory to be accompanied by another adult who will act as a chaperone for the child during your treatment. Failure to bring an adult chaperone will result in the cancellation of the treatment, and you will also lose any value pack treatment or deposit associated with the appointment. For the safety and well-being of all, no children under the age of 16 should be left unattended within the clinic premises at any time. Time Slots and Lateness Policy: Appointment time slots are allocated based on the specific services required. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to cancel and reschedule your session. In such cases, your deposit will not be refunded. It is important to understand that the timings displayed on our website and marketing materials indicate appointment times and not treatment durations. Treatment time includes your arrival, consultation, the actual treatment duration, and any post-treatment consultation that may be required.
